PFY European counter crusher is manufactured by Truemax by absorbing foreign advanced technology.The unique heavy-duty rotor design, good hammer pendulum system, excellent wearing parts interchange system and easy repair and maintenance are the outstanding features of PFY series impact crushers.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The European version of impact crusher is different from the hard rock impact crusher. This machine is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the hammer action area, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the hammer, and thrown to the counterattack device installed above the rotor to be broken again, and then rebounds from the impact liner back to the hammer action area to be broken again. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can achieve the purpose of changing the material particle size and material shape. The machine adopts a spring safety device behind the impact plate. When the non-crushed objects enter the crushing cavity, the front and rear counterattack racks move back and the non-crushed objects are discharged from the machine.
